and Thurston Counties. Our 2010 management portfolio is carrying assessed valuations in excess of $140 million in residential and commercial properties. Our clients are individuals, building contractors, developers, real estate professionals, condominium and homeowner associations, institutional owners, and small investor groups. We have served as court appointed receivers, and have managed several REO properties for various banking institutions.

In sharing his knowledge of property management, he has been a seminar leader at industry trade shows and has taught classes at the junior college level. JC has been involved in the industry since 1980. He has been an approved instructor with the Department of Licensing to teach real estate clock hour classes.
